Designed for the serious angler
The 182 square-foot cockpit offers everything the serious angler could ever dream of. Standard features include two front-loading refrigerator/freezer units, transom fish box, live baitwell circulating system with pump and a refrigerated fish box (130") with macerator pump. There's even more - saltwater and freshwater washdowns, sink with bait prep area and storage cabinets with tackle drawers.

Like all Hatteras yachts, the 86 Convertible is built with a solid fiberglass hull bottom - backed by a five-year structural hull warranty. Fuel tanks are U.L. approved; all tanks are constructed of fiberglass with durable non-corrosive bronze fittings. Deep gear ratios, coupled with larger propellers, provide constant speed under variable conditions and increased fuel efficiency.
